How does the free trial work?

Trials are free for 30 days, with full access to Lineup’s cloud platform and Zoom support. Lineup’s on-boarding team will create your instance and customize the platform to your requirements. We schedule three calls to ensure a successful trial and use of your resources:

    1. Review customizations / platform demo review
  2. Check-in
    1. Confirm your understanding of the platform / add additional admins
  3. End of Trial
    1. Gather trail feedback / document platform assessment
Is a credit card required to start a free trial?
Your free trial is 100% free. A credit card is not required to start a trial. 
How are subscriptions billed?

Subscriptions are billed annually. 

Is Lineup Secure? How is my data protected?

Lineup® takes security very seriously – in fact it’s a top priority. We utilize the latest technology and best practices for internet security available today. When you access our site, your connection is secured via Transport Layer Security (TLS) to encrypt and secure network communication in transit, so your data is never exposed. These communications cannot be viewed by a third party and they are the same level of encryption used by banks and financial institutions.

What support is provided as part of our subscription?

Lineup provides email, phone, video support, when support is required beyond documentation. 

What if I need customization and configuration?

Based on the subscription level, Lineup works with your organization to customize and configure the platform to your requirements. 

What if I want to decrease or increase the number of admins during my subscription?

To increase or decrease the number of admins in your subscription, simply email your Lineup account manager and we will manually increase or decrease your admins.

Concierge vs. Self-Service?

Many of the things in lineup can be managed by yourself, but as we build new features, some things need to be customized by the lineup staff. This article should clarify what you can do, versus what we need to do for you.
